OP-PatchStudio Docs

OP-PatchStudio is a desktop app for the Teenage Engineering OP series, for macOS, Windows and Linux. It’s coming as a public beta: these docs cover the tools in the first release, and new tools will keep landing with each release. The changelog lists what’s changed.

What’s Free and What’s Pro

Sample and preset creation is always free. It works with the OP-XY today, with the OP-1, OP-1 Field and OP-Z next. Pro adds the Tape Editor and Memos, and you can try it free for 14 days, with no sign-up and no card.

The trial starts the first time you open the app. Licence and Pro covers the trial, prices and activation.

Every tool works with files on all three platforms. You export from the app, then copy the result to your device the usual way. Connecting Your Devices has the details.
