The first Public Beta. This release trims the app down to the tools that work with real OP devices today and brings device connection, in beta.

New

Memos (Pro): drop in a voice recording and get a searchable transcript, made privately on your machine with nothing uploaded. Click any line to play from there, correct the text and export the transcript as text (with or without timestamps), Markdown or SRT. Recordings are copied into the app so a memo never loses its audio.
TP-7 recordings in the Tape Editor (in beta): multitrack editing, cue markers and control from the TP-7's jog wheel.
Device connection (in beta): on macOS and Linux, Device Info recognises the OP-XY, OP-1 Field and TP-7 over USB (MTP); on every platform it recognises the OP-Z and original OP-1 as a USB drive. The OP-XY, OP-1 Field and TP-7 don't connect on Windows yet. Every tool still works with files; sending straight to a device is being tested on hardware.
Beta tester tools, unlocked by tapping the version number three times in Settings, all Pro: the Device Browser for browsing your device, copying files off it and sending TP-7 recordings to Memos; the Stem Splitter; and Radio.

Improved

The sidebar now shows Device Info, Sample Editor, Drum Tool, Tape Editor, Memos and Settings. Backup & Restore, Project Library, Insights, Project Viewer, XY Project, Auto-Sampler and Batch Processor are hidden while I rebuild them for OP devices.
The Sample Editor offers Multisample and Kit for now. Oneshot, Key and Loop return once their exports are fixed.

First native desktop release of OP-PatchStudio, carrying on from the 0.16 web app.

Native desktop app for macOS, Windows and Linux, moving off the browser with offline use, a native file system and the groundwork for device access
OP-XY project support: import and inspect .xy projects, a session view with an arrange matrix and pattern strip, a piano-roll pattern editor, and note property editing with a device-style pitch keyboard
OP-1 Field Tape Editor (Pro): open device tape folders and edit four tracks on a multitrack timeline with lift, drop, split and splice, drag to slide and copy takes, record and overdub straight onto a track, and four-track playback with a loop region, per-track mixer and an animated reel-to-reel display
Tape character per style with an optional clean mode, plus transport tricks: speed from 25% to 200% with pitch following, reverse playback and a momentary brake
Undo and redo across tape edits with byte-exact audio restoration; unedited tapes re-save byte-identically and saves are atomic
Tape library that keeps saved tapes one click away, with an optional self-contained copy stored inside the app
OP-XY image editor with byte-exact device capture replication
Multisample and drum preset tools, file manager, backup and restore, project library and insights, carried over from the shared foundation

Improved

Reorganised the codebase around the OP series and removed the EP-specific protocol layer, documentation and device types; the EP work continues in its own project
