Refund Policy

We offer a full refund of your purchase price if you meet the following conditions:

• Your refund request is made within 14 days of your original purchase date
• The request is your first refund claim for this product
• You have not violated the licence terms, including reselling, transferring, sharing, or distributing the software licence to any third party
• The licence key has not been transferred to another user or account

The following situations are not eligible for refunds:

• Refund request made more than 14 days after purchase
• Purchases refunded previously (no duplicate refunds)
• Licences that have been resold, transferred, shared, or distributed to others
• Licences purchased as part of a bulk/volume discount
• Chargebacks or dispute claims filed (account suspension applies)
• Violation of licence terms, including unauthorised sharing or commercial use

2. Provide Information: Include your order number, email address, and purchase date
3. Verification: We will verify your eligibility based on the refund policy criteria
4. Processing: Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days

• Processing: 5-10 business days after approval
• Bank Processing: 3-5 additional business days depending on your financial institution
• Total Time: Up to 15 business days to see the refund in your account

Refunds are processed to the original payment method. Processing times vary depending on your bank.

Upon refund approval, your licence key will be deactivated to prevent further use. You will no longer have access to squarewaveStudio after refund processing.

Partial refunds are not available. All refunds are full refunds of the purchase price (excluding any processing or conversion fees charged by payment processors, which may not be refunded at their discretion).

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute instead of requesting a refund through our process:

• Will result in permanent account suspension
• Will prevent future purchases
• Voids any warranty or support entitlements
• May result in legal action to recover associated fees

Please use our standard refund process instead. We are happy to work with you to resolve any issues.

Currently, squarewaveStudio is offered as a single edition. If we introduce new tiers or versions in the future, upgrade/downgrade policies will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.

If you experience technical issues or defects with squarewaveStudio:

• We will attempt to resolve the issue within 5 business days
• If the issue cannot be resolved, you remain eligible for a refund within the 14-day window

All licences are strictly non-transferable and non-sellable.

You may not sell, transfer, gift, share, or distribute your licence or licence key to any other person, company, or entity. Your licence is personal to you and tied to your purchase. Any attempt to:

• Sell or resell your licence on marketplaces, forums, or to individuals
• Transfer your licence key to another user or account
• Share your activation credentials with others
• Distribute the software or licence to third parties

Will result in immediate licence termination, account suspension, refund ineligibility, and may result in legal action. If a licence transfer or resale is detected, all parties involved will have their licences permanently revoked without refund.

This refund policy is in addition to your rights as a consumer under EU law. Where EU consumer protection laws provide greater protection than this policy, those laws will apply. You have the right to file a complaint with your national consumer protection authority.

While we maintain strict refund criteria, we recognise that special circumstances may arise. If you believe your situation warrants an exception, please contact us at hello [at] squarewave.studio with a detailed explanation. We will review requests on a case-by-case basis.

We may update this Refund Policy periodically. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our service constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. The 14-day money-back guarantee will always apply to new purchases under the current policy.
