See what your project library says about how you make music
Overview
Section titled “Overview”Once you’ve saved a few projects to your library, the Insights tab turns them into stats: when you make music, the tempos you gravitate to, the sounds you lean on, how your projects are built and more. It’s a fun way to see your own habits, and occasionally a useful nudge about the ones you’d rather change.
Insights is a Pro feature, and all of it is worked out on your own machine. Nothing about your music leaves your device.
What it shows
Section titled “What it shows”- Activity heatmap: when you tend to work, across the days and weeks.
- Tempo: the spread of BPMs across your projects, and the range you keep coming back to.
- Sound usage: which sounds and samples you reach for most, and which ones never get a look in.
- Project structure: how your projects are put together, patterns, scenes and arrangement.
- Producer personality: a light-hearted read on your style, including a Sound DNA card that sums up your go-to ingredients.
- FX and mixing habits: the effects you favour and the patterns in how you mix.
Wrapped
Section titled “Wrapped”Like a year-in-review for your music. Wrapped pulls your year together into a set of cards you can flick through, and share if you fancy it. The cards export as images, so you can post your year without posting your projects.
Your data stays put
Section titled “Your data stays put”Every stat is calculated locally from the projects in your library. None of it is uploaded anywhere. The only thing that ever leaves your device is a Wrapped card, and only if you choose to share one.
